Public Transportation

Springfield Township features a number of SEPTA stations on the Lansdale-Doylestown Line (including Oreland Station), which makes it easy to get wherever you need to go. If you need to commute into Downtown Philadelphia, just take a quick drive to Chestnut Hill to ride the East or West Lines towards Center City. 

Local Schools

Students living in the area are served by the Springfield Township School District, which operates four institutions throughout Wyndmoor, Erdenheim, Flourtown, and Oreland. The district is known for its low 14:1 student-to-teacher ratio, as well as its high reading and math proficiency scores. Springfield Township also has four major private schools.
